The founding partners of Resolve Healthcare will be constitutionally responsible and accountable for ensuring that all the pillars of Governance are met, as they apply to each element of their business model, in partnership with, and in tandem with, the governance framework that exists within the NHS partner Boards. 

The parameters and quality measures will be agreed at the contracting stage. These founders originate from a range of medical, clinical, and senior manager backgrounds, within the NHS and Private sector. 

They hold clinical leadership positions and bring skills in autonomous clinical practice and experience of the private sector. This is complemented by skills in service design, delivery and regulation, and the experience of measuring and improving quality of care and safety at local and national level.
